Rob Carter
Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
We all experience times in our lives when having someone to talk to can help us.
If you're experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, issues with self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief arising from bereavement or other loss or you simply feel that you've lost your way and the joy has gone out of your life, I believe I can help you.
I will create a calm and safe space for you to share what's troubling you and, together, we will find ways for you to move beyond your challenges and become the person you know yourself to be.
I'm an integrative therapist, which means I call upon a range of therapeutic approaches to most benefit my clients. We can examine what's happening for you here and now and develop strategies to help you cope with difficult thoughts and feelings. We can also explore where these thoughts and feelings may have come from and bring fresh insight into your life.
If you would like to explore how we could work together, please contact me for a free, no-obligation, introductory telephone chat.

If suitable, I use creative experiments to expand our exploration around you and a situation. Looking for new views and perspectives, which always open new doors. We will talk, observe, get curious, and do.
Let's collaboratively move forward and create a present experience of self and life which feels grounded in wellness.
My hope for our work together is that you feel you can trust me and trust the process enough to reach a place where you feel safe.
