Dominic
Integrative Trainee Counsellor
Sometimes, it can be hard to feel okay with life and your place in it. Counselling is a space to explore what matters to you, safely and without judgement, and how you can find a path towards growth and peace. I hope to offer you a calm, inviting service which lets you feel heard, and where you feel empowered to be yourself, however that may be.
I am currently in my second year of postgraduate training as an integrative counsellor at the University of Northampton. My approach draws from person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural therapies, as well as aspects of existential therapy and transactional analysis, so that I can tailor our work together specifically to you. I have a particular interest in working with issues of loneliness, depression and anxiety, and hope in the future to specialise in working with both carers and blue light workers.

Jo
Integrative Trainee Counsellor
Working with adults
We thrive on connection to ourselves and others, and when it’s missing that can affect how we feel, think, and move through the world. If you’re feeling isolated, carrying something heavy, or sensing that something could be better, I offer a supportive space where you can speak openly and feel heard. Sometimes just being seen and validated is the beginning of new possibilities. From there, we can explore how to navigate changes you’d like to make and how to move towards a life that feels more true to who you are.
I’m an Integrative Counsellor in training at Langley Training drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I’m a member of the NCPS, and my work is further informed by a wide interest in psychology and wellbeing. My focus includes: divorce, complex family relationships, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and the impact of health loss, including Long Covid.
