Aylesbury Therapy

Our first Centre opened in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire in November 2023. Nestled in the Old Town, our services operate from the 1st & 2nd Floor of 15 Temple Street. This period character building provides a welcoming and authentic environment for your therapeutic experience. Aylesbury Therapy offers a secure location with 4 private counselling rooms. The Centre operate by appointment only 7 days a week. We have a diverse team of highly experienced professional therapists who offer a wide range of treatments and services. The Therapy Centre Group also have a team of Trainee Counsellors offering Low Cost Counselling Service. This service is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, stress, low mood or self esteem challenges.

Tring Therapy

In March 2025 we launched our second Centre in Tring, Hertfordshire. Again we have found a period building full of character and charm. We are located on the 2nd Floor of 48 High Street. We have created 2 welcoming counselling rooms, a space for group work, meetings or small training sessions and a dedicated treatment room for Aesthetics, Acupuncture and beauty treatments. Again The Therapy Centre Group have a team of Trainees using one of the rooms to provide Low Cost Counselling. You can find out more about the services available on our meet the team page. All of our locations are secure and by appointment only. We do not take walk in enquiries or appointments.
