The Therapy Centre Group was established in January 2025, building on the success of Aylesbury Therapy. Founded by Nicola Biggs, the group was created with a clear vision: to offer a diverse range of high-quality therapeutic services to the local community, while also providing a safe, professional, and collaborative environment for private practitioners.

Today, The Therapy Centre Group operates across two locations, offering a wide spectrum of services including talking therapies, hypnotherapy, supervision, aesthetics, massage, and holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

Nicola Biggs, an experienced private practice psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, has worked in Aylesbury for over eight years. Through her work, she recognised a shortage of dedicated, in-person therapeutic spaces in the area. This insight shaped the ethos of The Therapy Centre Group—to deliver professional, supportive services for therapists, trainees, and clients alike, throughout every stage of their therapeutic journey.

Our team is made up of fully qualified and highly experienced professionals, alongside trainee counsellors who are members of BACP, NCPS, or UKCP. Our trainees offer a valuable low-cost counselling service, helping to make therapy more accessible within the community.

Both of our centres are based in beautiful period properties, carefully designed to provide a secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment. We are open seven days a week and operate by appointment only, ensuring a calm and personalised experience for every client.
