The Therapy Centre Group was launched in January 2025 following the success of Aylesbury Therapy. Nicola Biggs, the founder of the group wanted to create a therapeutic Centre which provides a diverse range of therapy services to the local community but also a place where private therapists can work alongside each other in a safe and professional environment . We now have two locations that offer talking therapy, nutritional support, coaching, hypnotherapy, Supervision, massage, reiki & holistic approaches to health & healing.

Founder Nicola Biggs, has worked as a Private Practice Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor for over 8 years in Aylesbury and found that there was a lack of space for in person therapeutic work in the area. The ethos of The Therapy Centre Group is to provide a professional service to support Therapists, Trainee’s and Clients on their therapeutic journey’s. All members of our therapy team are fully qualified, experienced professionals in their field. We also have an experienced team of BACP or NCPS member trainee counsellors who deliver our low cost counselling service.

Our Centre’s are both located in beautiful period properties and offer a professional, secure and nurturing environment. We are open 7 days a week and operate by appointment only.
