Louisa Greenhill
BACP registered Psychodynamic Counsellor
I have been trained in a therapeutic approach called psychodynamic. This is a talking therapy that helps you to explore feelings, patterns, past experiences and unconscious processes that may be affecting how you think, feel and express yourself currently. This therapy gently explores underlying patterns and behavioural cycles that might be manifesting in relationship issues, low self-esteem, as well as anxiety and low mood amongst many other symptoms. Exploring these issues in therapy can provide you with empowering insight.
I offer a space for your untold stories to be heard, where you can speak freely about your inner world and emotional truths without judgement, and provide you an opportunity to explore the hidden parts of yourself that might feel too daunting to explore on your own.
Psychodynamic therapy is a collaborative and supportive process, and together we can begin to piece together your life and your experiences in new ways, helping you to gain a deeper sense of understanding about yourself, which can contribute to overall emotional growth and positive change.

Vanessa Vile
I am an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, supporting adults to move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change.
My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with hypnotherapy, allowing us to work with both the conscious and unconscious mind. Together, we can explore the root of what you’re experiencing and create deeper, more sustainable shifts in how you think, feel, and relate to yourself.
I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space, and work with a range of issues including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I am particularly drawn to working with those who feel ready to engage in deeper inner work and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.
I also have a particular interest in supporting women through menopause, using hypnotherapy to help ease symptoms and navigate this transition with greater calm and self-understanding.

Rebecca Goulden
Rebecca is a HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults. She offers a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences through art, talking, play or a combination of these.
Her work is informed by psychodynamic and attachment-based theory, with a focus on how early relationships and past experiences can shape current patterns of thinking, feeling and ways of relating. Rebecca supports clients in developing a greater understanding of themselves and their emotional world, enabling meaningful change over time.
Rebecca has lots of experience working with clients who are neurodivergent and individuals facing a range of challenges including low self-esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family illness and bereavement.
You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit from Art Therapy. The art making process can be a powerful way to express thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be difficult to putinto words.
