Jon Arber
Integrative Counsellor
Throughout our lives, It’s important that no-one faces any challenge alone.
Life can be chaotic sometimes, where the right path isn’t always clear for us.
If you’re looking for a space to explore what’s going on in your life, or you just
need a space just to be, I’m here to listen and support you as you explore
what’s going on and navigate the next steps in your journey.
I offer calm, supportive and non-judgemental counselling for clients to feel safe and heard in sessions. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship built with trust, respect and understanding is an integral part of our work together, offering you a genuine and consistent supportive environment where you’re able to explore at your own pace.
I work with Adults and Young People who suffer with anxiety, depression and life challenges. I have a special interest in working with addiction and people who’s life experiences have been affected by trauma or childhood abuse.
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit each individual clients needs. With person-centred value at the core of my approach, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, CBT, and Transactional Analysis.

Therapy is about making time and space for yourself. I will listen closely to your experience and help you explore your inner world - your thoughts, feelings, and the ways you see things. Together, we’ll look at your unique experiences and patterns that may be holding you back, helping you build self-awareness, confidence, and feel empowered to make choices that feel right for you.
I work with adults and young people from diverse backgrounds impacted by their anxiety, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, burnout, health concerns, work stress, and difficult life transitions, amongst others challenges, that affects daily life, wellbeing, or functioning.

Georgianne Smith
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My aim is to offer a supportive space where you feel safe to explore what matters most to you. I’m here to support your growth at a pace that feels right for you, offering a steady, compassionate presence as we navigate change together.
As an integrative counsellor, person-centred values are at the heart of my approach. Working collaboratively, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches— including Psychodynamic theory, Transactional Analysis, CBT, and Attachment theory—to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
My counselling journey has been shaped by my training and lived experiences, including trauma, loss and bereavement, pregnancy loss, parenthood, addiction, and complex relationships. I’m also a parent-carer and have a personal understanding of neurodiversity, particularly ASD and ADHD. Previously, I have supported unpaid carers through counselling, helping them navigate the many emotional and practical challenges that caring roles can bring.
